Bracewell & Giuliani LLP is an international law firm with 470 lawyers in Texas, New York, Washington, D.C., Connecticut, Seattle, Dubai, and London. We serve Fortune 500 companies, major financial institutions, leading private investment funds, governmental entities and individuals concentrated in the energy, technology and financial services sectors worldwide.
Bracewell & Giuliani is committed to the recruitment, retention, development, and promotion of attorneys and staff from a broad range of backgrounds. The firm recognizes that creativity, cooperation and mutual respect are the natural result of an environment in which individual contributions are valued. In turn, the creation of a dynamic work environment that is inclusive and rewarding for all personnel enables us to produce the innovative, real-world solutions that are essential to meeting the needs of our clients.
While we understand that a diverse legal profession is highly important, we also appreciate that without proper preparation most students find the law school experience overwhelming and extremely difficult to earn top grades. That is why Bracewell & Giuliani decided to sponsor scholarships to Law Preview’s law school prep course — a program that some of our most successful lawyers took before they themselves entered law school.
