About Jason’s Legal Career
Jason took Law Preview in 2005 before entering the University of Baltimore School of Law where his 1L performance placed him at the very top of his first-year class and allowed him to transfer to Washington University School of Law in St. Louis. At WashU, Jason continued to excel. He served as the Managing Editor of the Washington University Law Review, vice president of the Labor & Employment Law Association and a graduate teaching assistant in the Department of Political Science. He was also recognized as an honor scholar, based on yearly grade point average and was named to the Dean’s list.
Now Jason is an associate at Littler Mendelson, P.C. — a National Law Journal Top 50 Firm — where he represents and counsels employers on the full spectrum of labor and employment laws, including employment discrimination, FMLA, paid sick leave, and labor relations. His work has involved companies throughout the country and in a broad range of industries, including automotive, health care, food, colleges and universities, retail, staffing agencies, nonprofits and various other manufacturing industries. Prior to joining Littler, Jason worked as an associate at Foley & Lardner LLP.
