About Kevin’s Career
Kevin attended Law Preview in 2002 before starting his 1L year at SMU-Dedman School of Law where he excelled and finished at the top of his 1L class. Kevin then transferred to UT Law where he continued to enjoy academic success and served as the Editor-In-Chief of The Review of Litigation.
After graduation, Kevin joined the Austin office of Baker Botts where he worked for four years before leaving to become an Assistant United States Attorney. As a former federal prosecutor, he investigated and prosecuted individuals and corporations who committed crimes in several areas including environmental crime, bank fraud, wire fraud, mail fraud and money laundering. In 2011, Kevin returned to Baker Botts where he focuses on environmental crime and other litigation, counseling during grand-jury investigations and internal corporate investigations. He practices in state, federal and administrative courts.
Kevin has returned to Law Preview to deliver the academic success lectures during Law Preview’s Austin session.
