Established in 1949, Baker & McKenzie is a global law firm with approximately 3,700 lawyers in 68 offices worldwide. We have a distinctive global way of thinking, working and behaving – “fluency” – across borders, issues and practices. Ours is a passionately collaborative community of 60 nationalities. We have the deep roots and knowledge of the language and culture of business required to address the nuances of local markets worldwide. And our culture of friendship and broad scope of practice enable us to navigate complexity across issues, practices and borders with ease.
At Baker & McKenzie, diversity and inclusion are in our DNA. We understand that organizations work best when people with different backgrounds and multiple points of view are brought together. Our Diversity and Inclusion Oversight Committee is committed to our goal of fostering diversity and inclusion with our own Firm and within the legal profession.
The way we think about diversity will continue to evolve and reflect not only the communities in which we work today but also the thinking styles and approaches to work for future generations of our Firm.
