Faegre Baker Daniels is a law firm dedicated to serving the legal needs of local, national and international businesses. From offices in the United States, United Kingdom and China, our more than 800 legal and consulting professionals provide the depth and breadth of expertise necessary to solve complex business challenges. With roots dating back to 1863, our firm is one of the 100 largest law firms headquartered in the U.S.
Faegre Baker Daniels is comprised of fully engaged professionals who are as diverse as the clients we serve, and the communities in which we live and work. Our commitment to diversity and inclusion allows us to attract the best talent, foster a rich and vibrant work environment, and ensures we leverage different perspectives in an approach that provides a distinct, strategic advantage to our clients.
We recognize that developing a culture of diversity and inclusion — both within our firm and the legal profession as a whole — demands more than policy statements and written goals. It requires continuous effort, focus and action. Faegre Baker Daniels makes significant investments in programs that feed and strengthen the legal diversity pipeline and one of those investments includes sponsoring University of Minnesota law students to attend the Law Preview program — an initiative that expands upon our other pipeline efforts by providing scholarship recipients with a week long law school prep course taught by some of the country’s leading law professors.
