Our office in Munich, Germany—home to the European and German patent offices and the German Federal Patent Court—serves clients’ needs throughout Europe. From this office we are able to deliver significant cost savings through the efficiency of inter-office collaboration on US/EU matters. Our extensive network of relationships with counsel around the world ensures we are ready to provide comprehensive IP services in virtually any jurisdiction.
Working together with top law schools and Law Preview, Fish has created an innovative partnership designed to increase the number of patent agents, trademark/trade secret specialists, engineers, scientists and doctors who wish to pursue a career as intellectual property law practitioners.
Because the law school curriculum can sometimes present unique challenges for students with sciences background, Fish funds full scholarships to Law Preview for incoming law students who express an interest in pursuing an intellectual property practice. These scholarships allow students to attend a Law Preview summer session so they can learn from the nation’s leading law school professors and attorney lecturers what to expect and how to succeed in law school.
