Intellectual Property Scholarship
Students who plan to attend Intellectual Property Scholarship - New York University School of Law, and plan to pursue a career in Intellectual Property Law, can apply for a full scholarship to attend any BARBRI Law Preview session so they can learn from the nation’s leading law school professors and attorney lecturers what to expect and how to succeed in law school.
Working together with top law schools and leading law firms, Law Preview has created an innovative partnership designed to increase the number of patent agents, trademark/trade secret specialists, engineers, scientists and doctors who wish to pursue a career as intellectual property law practitioners. Because the law school curriculum can sometimes present unique challenges for students with sciences background, our sponsoring firms generously fund full scholarships for incoming law students who express an interest in pursuing an intellectual property practice.
To be eligible for a Law Preview Intellectual Property Scholarship, applicants must: (i) have an undergraduate or graduate degree in engineering, medicine, pharmacy or in the field of natural, physical or computing sciences, OR (ii) wish to pursue a legal career in the area of IP Litigation (IPL) or Technology Transactions (TT), and be enrolled to begin law school in the fall.
If you plan to attend Intellectual Property Scholarship - New York University School of Law and meet the scholarship criteria, complete the online application before the scholarship deadline. A selection panel will evaluate all completed applications, and scholarship recipients will be notified on or about June 15, 2022.
** PLEASE NOTE: Students who enroll in Law Preview on their own to reserve a seat will be refunded in full if they ultimately receive a scholarship.**
