We were formed by the March 2013 combination of international law firm Salans LLP, Canadian law firm Fraser Milner Casgrain LLP (FMC) and international law firm SNR Denton. Now clients benefit from more than 2,500 lawyers and professionals in 79 locations in 52 countries across Africa, Asia Pacific, Canada, Central Asia, Europe, the Middle East, Russia and CIS, the UK and the US who are committed to challenging the status quo to offer creative, actionable business and legal solutions.

We know that inclusion begins with opportunity and we continue to seek innovative and effective ways to increase the number of diverse students interested in law school and to recruit diverse law students and lateral candidates. By engaging law schools and colleges directly, Dentons builds programs for students at all levels of higher education to increase the pool of lawyers from diverse backgrounds and we are proud to sponsor entering law students to attend the Law Preview program. The Dentons Law Preview Scholarship Program expands upon our other pipeline efforts by providing scholarship recipients with the opportunity to attend a week long law school prep course taught by some of the country’s leading law professors. We are excited to provide this solid foundation upon which students can begin their legal studies.
