“Most students come to law school with no clue of what to expect, or what they’ve gotten themselves into. As a result, many spend the first month or so learning not only the legal subjects they came ready to learn but also an entirely new set of study methods. The value of Law Preview is presenting all the study tools and methods before you are expected to use them, giving students the opportunity to get used to them and learn how best to use them to their advantage. I can’t tell you how thankful I was (not to mention how much time I saved) that I knew how to brief before coming to law school! Don’t expect to learn all of 1L year during the program. That’s both not the point and impossible. But when you see subjects in class (this is especially true for property interests) the mystery is gone and you can get right down to understanding it, instead of spending precious time just trying to wrap your brain around it. I’m well above the median in my class and very confident going into 2L on-campus recruiting. I owe that in part to you, Don. A million thanks!”
