“My first semester at the University of Tennessee went quite well. I followed the plan and when grades were posted last week, I found I made a 3.72 GPA. As far as individual courses go, it was A+ in Contracts, A in Criminal Law, A- in Torts, B+ in Legal Writing, and B+ in Civil Procedure. Class ranks officially don’t come out until the end of January, but the Career Services office approximates I will be in the top 5% of my class, with a ranking of anywhere between 4 and 7 in a class of 156. . . .This semester was challenging, to say the least. But I never felt myself getting overwhelmed, especially at exam time. Studying for exams wasn’t stressful at all, and your test-taking tips really helped me (apparently, especially in Contracts)!”
